1 star because the people I have been able to talk to - customer service have been polite but I am SO annoyed. I canceled my service in November on 2025 and I have been told within 4-5 days I would get the remaining portion of my deposit back. I have called numerous times and spoke with an employee but I have never been able to talk to a supervisor/manager. I have been nice every time I have called. I’ve been far more than patient with CR&R but waiting over 90 days for a small refund is absurd.

Dropped off trash cans thursday never told pickup dates trash pickup was friday. Called in to have them come pick up said will have some one today. Never picked up then when i called monday was told tough luck gotta wait. Not even 1 pickup in having problems. Everyone who answer the phone has horrible english and can barely make them out. Would not recommend

For over 2 weeks I have been trying to get a 3 yard container to my house. Was told it would be at my house on the 25 of February and it is now March 10th. I have called them 5 times and no one can tell me why it hasn’t been delivered. They don’t call back.

I love CR&R and all the staff there. They try so hard but I feel as if they are left to fend for themselves without much corporate help. Appears to be old equipment and in need of repairs... but the staff is wonderful.

Bad service left oil everywhere

Absolutely horrible company. They flat out lie to you. They do not communicate.

Terrible customer service use someone else!!! I rented a 40 yard roll off to help my tenants move out of the house. Paid over $700. They came and picked it up after two weeks when they were supposed to check with me to see if we were done. They refused to bring it back, And said I would have to pay an additional $700 for another rental. They hardly speak English can barely understand them on the phone.
