Driver was extremely helpful and very nice. We were stranded on highway 93 and he made sure we were all safe and communication was awesome.

Driver was great helpful nice. But they gave me a price to get my car. On way to pic me up they stopped and made another Pic up. I was fine just waiting but then they charged me full price and are going to charge the other person full price. Would have thought they would knock off some but guess they have to make money. I know at my job would not be able to charge both my customers for time.

Operator was very rude and refused to help me. When I asked to speak with someone else or a supervisor he said he didn’t have time and hung up on me. Very unprofessional
