Aaron who did our initial consult and energy audit was awesome, smart, friendly, and relatable. It was like having a friend over to do the initial consult. Both installers were awesome- we have three minisplits and new attic insulation done, they took less than a day and a half. Everyone was great, friendly, and very kind despite our yard being trenched up and our house being a little chaotic with kids and a dog. The whole Cozy Home crew was professional, efficient, and easy to work with. They took care of all the logistics to coordinate with the electricians, city, and Efficiency Arizona. They removed the old furnace and installed the heat pump system, as well as upgrading efficiency of our home. Cozy Home has been an absolute joy to work with. They installed three mini-split units in our home about two years ago, and we LOVE them.
