Back in the start of the pandemic, we had Banker come in and blow insulation in the attic of our 1400 sq ft home. Fast forward about 5 years, and we had another company install mini splits. When they were in the attic, they noticed that 400 sq ft of space had no insulation in it. Banker Insulation did an awesome job of cleaning my existing gutters and replacing and installing new gutters. They also installed leaf covers on all of our gutters, existing and new!

Banker Insulation fixed out dropped insulation due to roof leaks. They brought in a huge scaffolding to complete this job. They were very professional and wonderful to work with. Horrible. Lacking in follow-up. Made 4 phone calls to get their attention so I might get a quotation for the job I needed done. On the third call I was instructed to call back the following week to remind this reginal agent to contact me. I sent him a text to re-establish this process on the day he had requested. Many days went by without a return texted or call. I gave up. Felt like Banker didn't care for my business and their lack of action proved it. I gave my business to the competitor Cozy
