I’m so glad I can post a positive review for a company that amazed me with their communication, professionalism and overall helpful attitude throughout the three months that I dealt with my home restoration. I experienced an unexpected water leak caused by my neighbor's broken pipe since we share a main wall. Mason was the first person I met; he was attentive, considerate, and very kind. I had extensive water damage in my home and needed all my furniture moved on 2 floors of my home, including a piano. I work from home, so I was really worried about possible disruption, but my point of contact Elaine was super responsive in letting me know what to expect, when they would come by, and how the process would work.
