John and his crew showed up right on time and handled everything in a professional, courteous way from start to finish. Communication was clear and consistent, so I always knew what was going on without having to chase anyone down for updates. They worked efficiently, kept the area clean, and clearly respected the space they were in—which is surprisingly rare these days. Overall, the whole experience was smooth and stress-free. This is the 2nd time I have used John and his team @ STOP for restoration work. They helped to remove drywall, floor and wall shower tile was determined damaged or a cause of our leak.
