I happened been satisfied with my experience using Cincy Gutter Boys (also called Ned's Gutters). I had them come out to replace a facia board and a gutter and the facia board they originally brought was the wrong size, so they had to come out again the next day with the correct sized board. Then facia board they brought the day after was only primed and not painted to match the house. Not impressed with the person that answered the phone, was told they don't repair they replace. But website lists many services including repair.

I am disappointed in the lack of communication. I had an issue with a gutter still being clogged after the initial cleaning. Neither time did I receive any confirmation by way of a receipt in the mailbox or on the front door that the service had been completed. I have no way of knowing if the issue was resolved until the next rainfall.
