Vital Roofing and Exteriors were Professional and informative. They took the worry off me and guided me through the process step by step. I Highly recommend them! My roof looks amazing, and I had another issue with leakage where my awning attached to the roof. Other roofers just wanted to caulk it. Vital roofing fixed it so it won't leak again! They cleaned the whole area up and then came back and ran a magnet all over my yard to check for nails or sharp metal. Job well done!! Thank you so much
