Alec was very professional at our meeting. Be gave me all of the information and took all of the measurements. The cost was way more than I expected however, and I didn't sign up at that time until I got more estimates. Afterward I left Alec a message saying he hadn't left me a written copy of the estimate, and I still haven't heard back from him.

David was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous during the appointment. I appreciated the time he took to explain everything. However, I felt the pricing was much higher than expected. Overall, the information provided and time spent reviewing options will be considered along with other quotes that we received.
