I made a partial payment when scheduling the basement leak repair. Perma Dry Michigan completed the work last Thursday but did not request payment at that time, leading me to reasonably expect that an invoice would be emailed to settle the remaining balance. We enjoyed meeting Matt and felt that he knew what was needed to get the problem fixed. Plus he offered additional remedies in case the first fix didn’t take care of the problem. We were very pleased with how efficient Max (Crew Leader) and his crew were. They were courteous and respectful of the property. They even went the extra mile and saved the field stone, which they separated out, for me to use in the garden.

Had flooding in our basement. They came out to put in drain tile. I didn't think about how much dust this was going to cause, but they did. They used a plastic sheet to essentially contain the dust to where they were working. It's something small, but it goes to show that they think of the little things. Highly recommend them.
