My experience with Atmos Energy was extremely disappointing and honestly frustrating from start to finish. I scheduled a service appointment, took time out of my day to be home, and no one ever showed up. Thinking it might have been a one-off issue, I rescheduled and gave them another chance—only for the exact same thing to happen again. Two missed appointments with no real attempt to contact me is completely unacceptable. What made the situation even worse was learning that their technicians a

I called because I smelled a little gas around the hot water heater. A technician came and cut off the gas and said it has to be fixed before turning on. Two repair companies have asked for a report or for the company to send someone out when they test. They refuse to do either. I have been without gas for almost a week now. Horrible service and lack of professionalism from this company.
