Good luck if you are just an average residential user, I took time off during my lunch break today to get a 20lbs tank refilled. I guess they had bigger fish to fry since there was no one there that could refill my tank. I will not be wasting my time to drive across town again to visit them, there are other choices that are much more convenient.
