The most disorganized company I have dealt with in quite a while. I bought a home in Florida that had an AmeriGas tank. An appointment was scheduled, no one showed up, no one called, and I did not get a follow-up via text or email about why they didn't show up. I was told multiple times there would be no charge for a service call, now after five phone calls there are suddenly mamy charges that I will need to pay to get my tank capped off.
