We purchased 2 large propane yanks when we installed a generator. They we couldn't rent them. So $4500 later we own the tanks. It hasn’t been 3 years and the tanks have rusted from the inside out. They told us tough cookies. They told my husband if they were rented they service them 3 times a year. Bad customer service. Never use them!

I am giving only one (1) Star but may change as issues are resolved. This is going to be an ongoing review as we just got the tank buried. As the crew installing the tank (Bailey's Gas Works) and lines to the generator are subcontracted by ideal this review involves Ideal. The installers of the tank, particularly the excavation helper did not avoid utility lines identified by the city of Palm Coast but instead used the orange markings as a guide as to where to dig thus digging directly on top o
