We decided to use ZH1 after receiving estimates from about 4 to 5 contractors for a 2 building, 5 story facade brick pointing and repair project in Jersey City. They were reasonably priced compared to all the other contractors, some being priced way above what would be expected (won't name names lol). Scaffolded, then stripped 3inches old brownstone plaster, applied scratch coat and then final brownstone, crafted new details, window surounds and architectual details. Maintained consistent historical coloring throughout. Installed new entrance blue stone stairs, patio and coping. All at a fair budget. Well done. Would definately recommend.
