I have used Zerorez in the past about 2 years ago and they did a great job. I had my whole house cleaned on 5/22/2026 and now that my carpet has dried I see lots of spots that they should have been able to get out. The cost to get my whole house done was not cheap and I am definitely not satisfied with this last cleaning. It seems like quality everywhere is a thing of the past.
