Scheduling was easy. The scheduler was knowledgeable and helpful with all of my questions. Cost was explained up front. There was a quick turn around to when Zerorez could come out to do our carpets. Mark did a great job explaining the process to me. He was very kind to my kids. He did a great job on the carriers. They looked excellent when he was done. The only downside is that I didn't have you come sooner. We had many old cat pee spots that we couldn't get clean even with the return visit.
