I wish I could rate this company higher, as their scheduler was very efficient and super helpful! And the young man who came to clean our tile floors was very nice, however, after the young man left and the floors had dried, the tile floors (which cover my entire house - we have no carpet) looked very filmy and dingy and dirty, and there was white residue all over the house where the cleaning solution had pooled in the grout. Technician arrive on time surveyed the job and proceeded with the carpet cleaning. Did a very good job and took care of touch after he was done. Very satisfied with the Zedroez process.
