This company has earned its excellent reputation. A Zepp's employee did a routine maintenance on my reverse osmosis and water softener yesterday. He only did what was necessary...no BS, no pressure and no upselling. This technician had a positive and professional demeanor. The office staff listened to my concerns and very patiently answered each question. The price was reasonable. I recommend Zepp's to anyone that wants professional, no nonsense service.
