Mike & David were both very accessible and easy to work with. Originally I received 3 estimates for a complete window replacement at my rental home. Zen was not the cheapest nor the most expensive. It was dealing with Mike as the owner vs. the sales team from the other companies along with the reputation and quality of the windows that sold me on Zen.
