They installed a tankless water heater that turned into 16 months of frustration and 5 failed attempts to resolve the issue. In September 2024, Z Plumbers installed a Navien tankless water heater in our home. What I thought was an upgrade turned into a 16-month saga that ended with an IoT project just so my wife could shower without screaming. Here's the greatest hits: Visit 1 — not enoug

I had the best experience with Sarah on the phone when I called. I was stressed out that day help me and my family with the emergency situation even though it was 1:00 am in the morning she told us it would be all okay she'd send someone out the next day. Her calmness really helped my wife because we were stressing out excellent customer service she kept this calm cool and Collective during the situation 10 out of 10 customer service

We had a minor toilet rebuild. Mike Caso, our tech was great! Explained to me exactly what was going on and what he recommended we should do to resolve the issue. No more leaks and happy to put it past us. Would definitely use you again in the future if another issue arises.
