HORRIBLE experience. It took me two hours of constantly reaching out to get an update on my emergency technician and they tell me that they are fully booked. TWO HOURS TO TELL ME THAT. Like they could not tell me any sooner. Meanwhile I’ve been locked in my home in able to get out waiting for their response. Horrible customer service experience
