Been going back and forward with them to replace my gate when they installed it’s was to small and they said they was coming back and never did been over some years been calling them still waiting

I called last year and again this week and even filled out a contact form on their website and they still won’t call me. I don’t understand because they have done 2 fences for me. I don’t appreciate being treated like this. It’s disrespectful and I will take my business elsewhere
