We called Wolf oven repair because we realized that our oven did not heat evenly, which spoiled baked foods. The technician came in time, diagnosed the issue fast and helped in repairing it effectively. The oven is now perfect in heating and the stress in cooking has gone away entirely. It is so nice to have someone to rely on that is a trusted professional who is well versed with Wolf appliances.

Positives: They sent a technician the next day, and they were on time in the delivery window. Everything else didn't go well. I was significantly overcharged for the service visit, which didn't fix the refrigerator. The technician took 2 personal calls while he was talking to me. I wouldn't mind that usually, but on top of everything else not going well, it didn't seem professional. He also didn't put the back of the fridge together correctly (only used 2 of the screws), and left the water

None of the burners would light. Tech removed the knobs and found moisture in the switches. Dried and cleaned them, replaced a weak igniter. All burners now ignite fast and even.
