$200+ fee for cardboard in a dumpster.. wow. If the lid isn’t completely closed, $200. They don’t care what’s in there. $200. Half full dumpster sometimes. No one cares, full price. $200 if it’s over though.. What a joke. 👆🏼

Our driver is very respectful and does a great job. If the gate is shut he leaves it the way he finds it.I have not had any problem with my billing or the pick up of my trash bin.

I dislike everything about this group. They jacked up my bill by over 30% then demanded I sign a contract that no one in their right mind would agree to. Then padded my bill $225.00 extra because they claim someone placed a bag on top of the dumpster. TWICE!!!!!!!!!!! Two months in a row. Nasty group!

I have had great service from WM over the years, price is fair and garbage pickup has been good, with no issues.

These guys are amazing Julie, is always such a pleasure. She waves to us and are kids and there's a real sense of getting to know the community.

Waste Management is worth the pricy service because they are responsive to my changing conditions and their pick-up is very reliable; their equipment is durable and easily toted.
