On time as scheduled pick ups, every two weeks without a miss. Regular as clockwork and always careful getting in and out.

We’re a new customer, but so far their communication and service has been great.
My service has been great. My person who picks up my trash can is very friendly and I have no complaints. He for the most part very punctual.
You charge to much for coming out once a month. Seniors on fix income you really put the screws to us.
WM misses pickups. They are hard to get ahold of. Excessive "extra" fees. Have knocked over parts of my retaining wall. Barrel is left in parking area instead of on side of driveway.
Small transfer station. Busy on Saturday mornings. Well organized and quick to get through.
