Good communication. Scheduling was simple, willing to work on a specific day and time. Using the new outdoor system was outstanding, I did not appreciate how thorough the new process cleaned everything, not just the glass. Prior window cleaners left small messes that I had to clean up. Ray did a great job in ensuring I was happy with the work. I will definitely use them every year. Cost was competitive with previous companies. Definitely a 5 star rating. Jim from Arvada.
