Let’s start with the owner Rich…. He is honest, straight forward, knowledgeable and best of all no high pressure sales tactics. He delivered right on time. Also the prices on the windows were amazing .He even sent a basket and shows up on the job to make sure everything went well. The crew was wonderful. They were respectful, clean, efficient and even found a small flaw in the glass of one of the windows ( I didn’t even see it). They let Rich know right away. The quality of the windows are great
