If there was a option for zero stars, I would rate Window World zero stars. We are replacing ALL of our windows, and we have to move all furniture away from our windows. We did what was requested for our 9am install appointment today. It is now 10am and I called to find out the installer "forgot" to put us on the schedule. BUYER BEEARE I guess. I strongly recommend to purchase your windows elsewhere.
