One of our Hunter Douglas PowerView shades stopped working, so I called Katie, who provided me with excellent customer service!!! She called the Hunter Douglas repair shop, got the okay to ship in the shade and had the box delivered to me right away. The motor was replaced and shipped back to me promptly. We are very grateful! They are beautiful shades!

Katie was great. Very happy with our purchase. Blinds are expensive, but they work perfectly. Installer was good and installation was easy. Keeps us from having to get air conditioning. Blinds and fans!
