We needed an upstairs window replaced. House built in 2006. Went with Window Medic despite higher price because they were local and had good reviews. Susan was pleasant, and the window (Provia) is good quality. The rest of the experience was disappointing. Depth not considered when window was measured, so new one didn't fit. Initially, they wanted to build wood frame on the outside, but we're 70 and can't climb a ladder to paint every couple of years. They ordered a kit to build from the inside,
