Company sent a 17 year old and 20 as work team. The 20 y.o first said I had been over charged and since I had prepaid he made a call to his home office to see that I get reimbursed. He said office told him I had not paid at all. Great service. Called in November to get gutters cleaned but the weather would not allow it. Would have to wait until March but there were a couple of warm days predicted after Christmas so they cleaned them then. Communication was great and so was the job.
