Miss Denise was awesome!!!!!

My husband and I spoke with one of the owners, Scott Smith, over two months ago, once in person and twice over the phone. He was supposed to be providing us with an estimate for pricing doors and installation. As of today, we still don't have anything from him. As an owner, I would think that he would be far more diligent in getting preliminary information such as this out to potential customers. This is very unprofessional and makes me call into question the integrity of this company.

Excellent service and I am very pleased with my new windows and door.
