Very very rude. We came in to look at fireplace option and had question and man working there didn't even acknowledge us for more than 10 minutes. He was intently helping another customer but couldn't care less about us. We stood there patiently and finally gave up. He must not need our business.

They have been absolutely amazing. Always there to help with any repairs and responsive on any questions. Octavio is really great at installations as well & always helpful. Highlight recommend.
