the owner is a drama queen, cancel their service as it my way or the highway, what a nasty way of running a business, they should be revoked of any licence from the county

Yikes. Whoever Pam is, she’s literally the absolute worst representative of a company we’ve ever called. Whatever she’s getting paid is way too much since she just lost you the company thousands of dollars. Maybe she’s having a bad day or her husband just left her, but she’s exceptionally rude for literally no reason.
