As a long term customer I am disappointed to report that Whitaker has ignored months of calling and attempted contact from us to have our systems serviced. During that time we began experiencing system problems and left updated messages of concern. Finally, after being ignored for so long we called another service provider. It turns out that Whitaker programs the controller with a code that prevents other service providers from accessing the system, so the service provider could not help. Later

We are very happy with the installation and system over the last 2 years. Easy to use and great service. A couple of times when we had questions they answered quickly.

Jason (and his father beforehand) have been talking care of us for years. Recently we had a major issue with our water well that required a serious refitting of the well and soft water systems. We weren't sure who to take care of both issues. Talked with Jason and he spent extra hours and intensive work repairing and re-organizing our water system. We love his work ethic and his competence. He is also an honest man. We highly recommend him.
