We have been using Western Heating and Air since we moved to Utah and they have been wonderful. Long story short both the heating and plumbing came on the same day at the same time. They were so gracious to work together and to wear booties because I just had the house cleaned. I have to say- these two employees were the most through and incredible people I have ever had. Blake is an excellent technician. He is very thorough and spent considerable time with me answering technical questions that helped me to make the best decisions on needed repairs. He is also extremely polite and goes above and beyond to serve his customers.

Service tech came to our house today for an inoperative air conditioner. Performed no diagnostics whatsoever, told my wife we needed to consider a new A/C system as well as a furnace. Then explained that the $79 “service” fee would be waived only if she agreed to later meet with their salesman together “with her husband.” There was no service fee mentioned when she called to have them look at it, and the tech did nothing to earn a fee beyond driving to our home and setting up a sales call.
