Been with western disposal for 12 years, they lock you into 3 year renewable contracts. They won't let you get out of. STAY AWAY!! Republic is half the cost for twice the dumpster size.

As a small business owner, I feel the need to warn others of Western Disposal’s poor business practices. We signed up for a weekly trash collection March of 2019 for a 3 year term for our business in Longmont. We called to cancel this past May after 4 years of being a customer. We were told that our contract had been renewed another 3 years without notice. They say it’s industry standard and is in the fine print. They demanded that we pay $960.75 in liquidated damages for the remaining two years

Read the fine print with this company. They will renew your contract for three years without notifying you. Unfortunately, customer service is non-existent. We were not offered choices in cancelling Western's service contract, nor were we notified of the renewal. We wanted to end service, not continue with different sized trash cans. Western Disposal was firm in their stance, despite saying otherwise in their response to my first review. We were offered to pay one year's worth of liquidated dam

The staff is some the rudest and most racist people I've ever dealt with.

We appreciate everyone at Western Disposal Services! The drivers are consistent, dependable, courteous, and safe. They arrive every week at the same time and leave our area clean/clear. Most importantly, the drivers use caution and drive at a safe speed in our neighborhood. Additionally, each time I've called the office with a question, I am greeted with courteousness and respect and always get a helpful answer. I'm grateful for their reliable, friendly service!
