This place has the worst customer service and the worst communication of any home repair company I have ever dealt with. My installer, Anthony, was wonderful, however, this company wanted him to cut corners and Anthony chose not to. The company wanted him to just cover over the wood rot and termite damage on the windowsill. Anthony didn't want to do that. He called a window installer and they rebuilt the entire windowsill.
