I hired Randy West to inspect my home at the recommendation of Michelle Lyman, Lyon Real Estate. To date, I have had to pay $379,000( over the cost of the selling price of the home in undisclosed repairs that Mr.West failed to note in his inspection. He did not do due diligence in throughly examining the home. Failure to properly inspect the garage door opener led to a personal injury to my back and a concussion.
