After booking a cleaning appointment online, I was texted that no one was available to clean my apartment, but my credit card was still charged $193.80. I should not have been able to book an appointment for a day that they did not have staff available for; this is terrible management. If you book online, you run the risk of having your money stolen with no one coming to clean your place. I emailed them 6 days ago about this charge, and they continue to ignore me.
