Great experience working with this company. Juan, Nixon, and crew did a great job. They were able to fix some dips in the deck that occurred during framing. We also accidentally dropped a sharp piece of wood on the deck shortly after it was completed, which caused a small puncture. The company took the liberty of fixing it at no additional cost... Much appreciated, highly recommend.

Did a walkthrough with Jesus the first week of August and asked for two estimates - one to completely redo our courtyard coating and the other to repair only the damage caused by tape peeling up the coating from the previous time they redid the courtyard. A month later he sent me an estimate only to complete redo the courtyard, but we decided to only repair the damage. I've called him and the office and emailed them both over a dozen times since then and still have not been able to get a revised

Salvatore is an extremely unpleasant and unprofessional person. He was supposed to come fix our water leaks as he did the waterproofing for our buildings and should handle the repair as part of the warranty, but he first said it’s too small a job for him, then he stood me and my neighbors up, and then he lied to our builder that he’s never received calls from us. Even our builder has said he’s never worked with such unprofessional company.

They did the waterproofing work for the three-townhouse new development that I moved into in 2021. All three units have had water issues in the two years since we've moved in, which I think speaks to the quality of their work. When I tried to get in touch with them regarding leaking issues, the first time they told me that "they were a big company and they only do bigger jobs than this". Called them 3 times to get an estimate for a roof leak. On the first call, receptionist asked me to call the Nelson ( the estimator) directly to his mobile number. Left a vm for Nelson. After 2 weeks, they still have not responded to my request. Not sure how they run a business.
