Woke up to no water - called and they had a person out by lunch. We were not a past customer so we did not have a relationship. They were outstanding. Caleb was of technician and he was very professional and helped me understand the system better. Two broken parts (pressure sending unit and float valve). Was there for a little over an hour. Left the work area cleaner than when he started. Great company.

This is the second time I’ve used water works and both times the service has been excellent. They answer the phone quickly and send a tech out same day. Ansel was our tech today and he was so nice and helpful he tried very hard to save my pump even tho it’s pretty old. I could tell he felt bad it couldn’t be fixed. When he told me I needed a new pump I figured he was going to tell me he’d come back the next day bc it was already almost 5pm by then but he stayed and made sure he got the job done

Water Well Serviced. By Keegan He did a great job he kept me informed with parts that needed to be replaced gauge and pressure switch etc. also filter neutralizer calcium carbonate. Keegan was knowledgeable and was very professional. I would ask for him next time.
