I called in to learn about the WaterTec system I already have, and to get replacement filters. The woman who answered cut me off on every word, and spoke in a tone that made me feel like a call from a customer was very inconveniencing and was ruining her mood. This was the worst customer experience I have had in as long as I can remember. Too bad for them, I really wanted to buy more products from them, so far the product worked, but I guess every RO system works about the same.
