Charles is a great installer. Personable, knowledgeable, and cleans up after himself. He represents the company professionally. From the initial call to schedule service to having the water heater installed, I couldn't be more pleased. They offer a great warranty also. Highly recommended!

Called the Water Heater Guys seeking a repair and I sent them clear photos and a text describing the situation. The person who answered was somewhat rude, and the text response was ambiguous and would have left me hanging thinking they were going to provide a quote for service, but they never did.
