8-12-25 Just saw their reply. Didn't let them fool you. The red tag they are talking about is for a construction permit I had that had nothing to do with them. Besides it's very common to get red tags. Far as me doing my own work I had to because they would never show up. Besides you don't have to have a license to do work on your own house.
