I wish I could give WastePro zero stars. My experience with them in Concord has been a nightmare of broken promises and literal messes. The Bait and Switch When we signed up, we were explicitly told that both recycling and trash would be picked up every single week. This turned out to be a total lie. Once they had our contract, the story changed, leaving us with overflowing bins and a service schedule that doesn't match what was sold to us. Zero Communication Their communication is non-existen

I live in Brookdale Commons and I wanted to write this review because of the amazing service I get from my trash collector Jackie from truck #4796. He always has a smile on his face and waves every time we see him. Always makes sure that the bins are back exactly the way they were on the curb. Takes his time picking up each one bin, while still doing his job quickly. In this day and age, where people don’t know their garage man I am glad we know ours.

Jackie on Truck #4626 does work with a smile. Glad to see him back doing the amazing job he has always done.

Jackie on truck #4796 is amazing and always takes great care of neighborhood by not leaving any trash left on the streets. At times when trash cans move away or lids get blown away by wind he ensures to pick the trash up and collects them into the truck. Amazing service! Thank you Jackie, for keeping the neighborhood clean
