I don't trust any inspector more than Mark, he's thorough, fair and knowledgeable. He will let you know what is wrong and whether or not the issue is all that important, and he doesn't miss a thing.

Hands down the best RRIO Inspector I have hired over the last 5 years. Always shows up on time, maintains good communication with the City of Seattle department that runs the RRIO program, allowing for the inevitable problems to be addressed fairly from a landlord's perspective, and is just a good all-around guy.
