Came out to fix a leak in a pex water line coming out of the hot water tank. Fixed the line in under an hour and way overcharged for the work done. I understand the service call fee but they overcharged for the “flat rate” they billed for the parts and labor. When asked for an itemized invoice they refused. Call someone else and do not use this company.
