Everything people have said about Ashley is spot on. Ashley came out to work on an outlet that suddenly died on us (and investigating that led to the discovery of another outlet nearby had died as well). When he arrived, he asked what was going on. Once I explained things to him, he got right to work with a lot of energy. His outlet tester initially showed both outlets live, so I grabbed my hair dryer, plugged it into a working outlet again to confirm it was working, then into the dead outlet

Ashley from Volt Doctors has helped with several issues at my home and is always so great. He’s a thoughtful problem solver and very knowledgeable. I’ve had a bunch of appliance issues lately I thought were electrical related .. they weren’t, but he managed to fix one of them anyway!
